Nyota means Stars in Swahili, and in our new ocean view presidential villa you can truly reach for the stars. Or enjoy the starry skies from your private rooftop pool. Villa Mbingu

Mbingu means Heavenly Sky in Swahili. Our presidential suite, fit for a sultan and his bride. This outstanding villa gleams from the beach front, its unique domes, balconies and private pools floating over the palm trees like a mirage.

This two bedroom, 4 tiered palace showcases the best of Xanadu design – spacious living areas opening out to the garden plunge pool, with direct beach access down sandy, flower-lined paths.

Mlima Villa (Swahili for Mountain) One of our 2 bedroom villas, each with private bathroom, is ideal for friends and families, as it offers a super-sized living and dining area, private plunge pools, outdoor shower and luscious garden surroundings.

Each roundhouse style master bedroom comes complete with a deluxe en-suite bathroom, waterfall shower, private entrance and cathedral windows. Mawingu Villa (Swahili for Clouds) The latest of our Xanadu collection, this spectacularly positioned unit is our largest 1 bedroom villa featuring an outside lounge area with superior ocean view and private plunge pool. It is elevated to benefit from the majestic ocean in front and has its own private beach area.

The extremely ample suite, complete with hand carved dhow wooden headboard, has an extra sized bathroom. This villa offers opulence while submerging in the lush tranquility of the island beauty. A 2-storied villa, Kimwondo boasts a spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the ground floor, detailed with our luxury finishes and custom cathedral windows. From the exterior staircase, however, is where this villa truly makes its statement.

As you reach the rooftop plunge pool and the terraced lounge, Kimwondo becomes the perfect platform for intimate moonlit dinners, twilight dips, and late night stargazing.

Umande Villa (Swahili for Dewdrop) is our cozy 1 bedroom villa. A perfectly formed hideaway surrounded by tropical flowering gardens, outside seating area and private plunge pool.
