Luxury Villas & Rooms

We believe that space is luxury, which is why we strive to offer the most privacy and space to our Guests. Each villa is located on a 1500 sq. m. of private plot delimited by lush gardens, with liveable area of 500 sq. meters of complete privacy.

The unique architecture of each villa has been specially designed to blend in the natural beauty of the setting and is uncompromising when it comes to luxury standards. Interiors have been decorated with carefully selected antiques and highest quality designs.

Each villa faces the seafront and consists of two units connected by a garden with a terrace and private pool. The main part of the villa is a day area with a stunning high-ceiling lounge and dining section. The second part is a resting area including bedroom with king-size bed, dressing closet, and bathroom with rain shower as well as outdoor bathtub.

The beautiful Paje beach is a stunning backdrop for a relaxing afternoon, however if you would like to experience a little more activities, a wide range of amenities is available complimentary for Guests of every age.

Private exclusive-use luxury villas, each exquisitely appointed, and boasting a dining lounge, recreational area, rooftop terrace, expansive sun deck, and swimming pool, a sumptuous Guest room, on a secluded space of 1500 sqm per villa, right on the beachfront of Paje.

The Beachfront One-bedroom villa is designed as two building connected by a wooden pathway and terrace. One building is the en-suite 55 m2 bedroom with king size bed (that may be converted to twin upon request prior to arrival), a bathroom with an indoor rainshower, two sinks, wardrobe and separate toilets. A rooftop terrace with a stunning view overlooking the beachfront is accessed by an external staircase from the bedroom unit.

Additionally, the villa includes: a living room unit with high ceiling and seating area, a large terrace, private pool, 750 m2 of private plot, lounge chairs, and an external bathroom with outdoor shower and bathtub. The villa is surrounded by lush gardens and is placed on the beachfront, with a direct beach access. The villa is serviced by a butler for your utmost comfort.

Family Two-bedroom villa

Private exclusive-use luxury villa, each exquisitely appointed, and boasting a dining lounge, recreational area, expansive sun deck, and swimming pool, a sumptuous Guest room, on a secluded space of 1500 sqm per villa.

Ideal for families and small groups of travelers, the Family Two-bedroom villa includes two en-suite 55 m2 bedrooms connected by an external staircase. Each room includes a king size bed (that may be converted to twin upon request prior to arrival), an indoor rainshower, two sinks, wardrobe and separate toilets.

Additionally, the villa includes: a living room unit, a large terrace, private pool, 750 m2 of private plot, lounge chairs, tea/coffee amenities, an external bathroom with outdoor shower and bathtub. The villa is surrounded by lush gardens and has a garden view.

The Presidential Garden Five-bedroom villa

The Presidential Garden Five-bedroom villa is an opulent family villa with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and is ideal for larger families and groups of up to 10 Adults. The villa is located in third line, a 100 m from the beachfront, with views to the garden.

Private exclusive-use luxury villa, exquisitely appointed, and boasting a dining lounge, recreational area, expansive sun deck, swimming pool and 2 hot tubs, sumptuous Guest rooms, on a secluded and appointed space of 1500 sqm.

It has a rooftop terrace with hot tub, a fully equipped kitchen, large living room and over 700 m2 of private plot. An additional hot tub is in the garden area. The rooms are as follow: a master bedroom, two en-suite bedrooms, a bedroom (king size) sharing a bathroom with another smaller room (2 twins).

Deluxe Room

The beautiful 55 m2 en-suite room is located within a Two-bedroom Villa. It is either ground or top floor.

This garden view room shares villa entrance, garden ground, external bathroom, pool and living room with the other en-suite room. The rooms are on different floors, ensuring comfort. It has a private bathroom with rain shower, 2 sinks, desk, mini-bar, wardrobe and terrace or balcony.

When reserving 2 Deluxe rooms with shared pool, we may not guarantee that the two rooms will be located in one villa. Should you wish to stay in the same villa, please book a private Family Two-bedroom villa. – Due to the rooms sharing a pool, we cannot guarantee that we can host children under 15

Deluxe Room With Shared Pool

The Deluxe rooms are individual rooms located within the Presidential Five-bedroom Villa. Guests staying in these rooms have access to the lavish rooms while sharing common villa amenities such as villa entrance, lounge and kitchen, as well as resort amenities including Restaurant, spa and main pool.

The 75 m² master en-suite room is on the top floor and includes a private rooftop terrace with hot tub as well as a large bathroom with indoor rainshower and bathtub. The room shares villa entrance, garden ground and living room with 3 other en-suite rooms.

Deluxe Room With Hot Tub

The Deluxe family room is composed of two rooms sharing one bathroom: one master room with King size bed and a second with 2 single beds. The room additionally has a private room entrance as well as large private plunge pool.

The Deluxe rooms are individual rooms located within the Presidential Luxury Villa. Guests staying in these rooms have access to the lavish rooms while sharing common villa amenities such as the villa entrance, lounge and kitchen.

Deluxe Family Room With Private Pool

The beautiful 55 m2 en-suite room is located within the Presidential Five-bedroom Villa. The room shares villa entrance, garden ground, hot tub and living room with 3 other rooms. It has a private bathroom with rain shower, 2 sinks, desk, mini-bar, wardrobe and terrace or balcony.

Located on the either the ground floor or top floor of the villa, the Deluxe rooms comfortably host 2 adults in the 55 m2 en-suite room which includes a private balcony and terrace.

Cinnamon double Room
