Perched on a rocky outcrop at the foot of the Matthews Range, Sarara Camp is set in the remote Namunyak Wildlife Conservancy, which spans 850,000 acres of pristine wilderness.

Whilst retaining all the magic and grace of a traditional safari camp, Sarara Camp caters for every need of the modern day traveler.

Sarara Camp’s six spacious and beautifully appointed en-suite tents offer uninterrupted views over the majestic Matthews Range.

Each tent is en-suite with solar heated outdoor showers. A butler-box allows for the discreet delivery of early morning tea, coffee and cookies.

Sarara Camp also has a two bedroom family unit called Sarara House, which includes a beautiful plunge pool, private dining and its own sitting room.

Sarara House has become famous for its elephants, who are regular visitors to the house pool and offer guests incredible up-close and personal experiences as they come for their water.

The camp waterhole and footpaths are frequented by an array of wildlife, including elephant, reticulated giraffe, buffalo, kudu, impala, leopard and wild dog.
