With a choice of one, two and three bedrooms, each villa boasts panoramic views of the Serengeti plains. From your safari home, discover the animals and nature of Africa’s best known wildlife sanctuary, naturally set apart – aside from the passing wildlife.

Our Private Villa Experience

With private entrances, our Villas may be enjoyed for standalone stays or with full access to all of our Lodge’s restaurants and recreational activities – the choice is yours.

Personal Attendant On call around the clock, a dedicated personal attendant takes care of any requests and delivers amenities to your villa.

Tailored Dining While all of the Lodge’s restaurants are available to choose from, should guests wish to dine in-villa, daily meetings with the Lodge’s chef may be arranged to customize menus to every preference. Location dining options also include a barbecue bush dinner and a poolside dinner at Maji Terrace.

Uninterrupted Savannah Views Soak in sweeping views of the Serengeti from your private infinity pool and spacious living quarters. The Presidential Villa also boasts its own watering hole for even more opportunities to witness wildlife from the comfort of your villa.

Terrace Suite – Take a dip in your private, infinity-edge plunge pool alongside views of the savannah, then rinse off in your outdoor shower before retreating to the bedroom or a separate sitting room.

Horizon Room Waterhole View  – Recline under a thatched roof on your private balcony and enjoy a direct view onto our animal watering hole, where elephants and other wildlife are frequent visitors.

Savannah Room – Contemporary African-design elements and a shaded private terrace capture the essence of the untamed plains outside, while a deep soaking tub, a refrigerated bar and a flat-screen TV provide all the comforts of home.

One-Bedroom Villa – Indoors or out? You won’t have to choose when you stay in these villas, with wall-to-wall windows that open onto elevated terraces and views as far as the eye can see, letting you fall asleep to the soothing sounds of nature or block out the sun for a midday nap.

Two-Bedroom Villa – A living and dining room and an expansive pool deck separate the two bedrooms in these residential-style villas, creating enough privacy for when you need it, as well as plenty of place to come together when you want. Presidential Villa – Perfect for family vacations, this extra-spacious, thatched-roof villa lets you gather together for a meal prepared by your private chef, spend a lazy day lounging in and around your infinity-edge pool, and recounting the day’s adventures on any one of your private balconies under a vast, star-lit sky. Children must be 2 or older to stay at the Lodge. King bedded room: one child aged 2 – 10 years can be accommodated, sharing the king bed or with an extra bed. There is no supplement for one additional child and food and beverage is offered complimentary to children aged 10 and younger
