Batonka Guest lodge is set in lush gardens, a tranquil haven away from the bustle of town but within walking distance of the main attractions. The main lodge offers indoor and outdoor dining, a cozy lounge and beautiful verandah opening out onto the surrounding gardens.

The facilities include a swimming pool, activities desk and curio shop. We emphasize on a personalized and friendly service. The lodge offers 27 well-appointed rooms with elegant, contemporary style décor encompassing Victoria Falls’ colonial past and African flavour.

Pool View Rooms

Sixteen rooms with private patios look out over manicured lawns to our secluded pool area. Each large, well-appointed room boasts a spacious en suite bathroom with double basins, bath and shower for our weary travellers.

Batonka Guest Lodge Garden View Rooms

Eleven rooms with spacious patios look out over a private garden with manicured lawns and indigenous trees that offer a welcome perch to a variety of birdlife. Eight of these rooms inter-lead and are ideal for families or groups travelling together. Each large, well-appointed room boasts a spacious en-suite bathroom with double basins and large shower.

One of these rooms has an annex which has been set up as a child’s room. It has two single beds with an adjoining bath and toilet and is decorated in child friendly prints and style. It is one of the inter-leading rooms so with the annex, main room, and the inter-leading it comfortable fits a family of six.

The Flame Lily Wing The Flame Lily Wing was added onto the main lodge a couple of years after we opened. It sits off to the one side of the property and has it’s own outside seating area, dining area and swimming pool.

There are 5 garden- view rooms on here, which in addition to the original 22 on the main property, brings us to 27 rooms.

This wing is fantastic for small groups, families who are travelling together, or solo travelers
